LIBERTY VALANCE stalked from the three path, ranged up to bid outside of the top pair at the five sixteenths pole, gained command entering the lane, drove clear then held sway from a persistent pursuer through the final sixteenth. HEY DEY prompted two wide, vied into and around the far turn, then between horses as an outer rival bid at the five sixteenths pole, got outkicked by that one entering the lane, switched out while sustaining stride into the final furlong, kept on well to offer a rebid but was kept at bay. INGLEBOROUGH set the pace in the two path as an outer rival prompted around the first turn, got headed by an outer pair while saving ground turning for home, yielded thereafter yet held show late. MONEY MAN laid off of the pace in the two path, shifted to the four path in upper stretch then stayed on mildly but needed more to reel in show. MISTER LANDRY pursued from midpack along the inside, yielded position entering the far turn, shifted out turning for home, four to five path in upper stretch before chasing in the three path into the final furlong and failed to menace. DIVERSIFICATION was fractious in the starting gate, trailed in the two to three path then made little impact. HAYBURN'S CASE tracked from the two path, then between horses down the backstretch, chased along the inside around the far turn and tired.
