VIRAL PLANE LADY set the pace in the three path, bore to the four path while leading around the turn, held sway from pursuers on either side through midstretch, shifted out while being collared by an outer bidder in the final sixteenth and held. MADELINE'S PROMISE pressed from the four path before backing off to stalk from the three path around the turn, floated back to the four to five path in upper stretch, ran on to bid outside of the leader in the final sixteenth but missed at the wire, fell in the gallop out, was gathered by an out rider then walked off. QUEEN OF QUEENS brushed with an inner foe at the start, laid off of the pace two wide, moved between horses turning for home, inched closer three to four wide and among foes in upper stretch, was within striking range of the leader entering the final sixteenth, but got outkicked by an outer counterpart and put to tight quarters by the shifting leader late and lacked a bid, then dislodged her rider in the gallop out before walking off. TURKISH PISTACHIO brushed with an outer foe at the start, steadied behind rivals passing the nine sixteenths pole, raced off of the pace along the inside, chased to wide and between horses in upper stretch but hung on her left lead and flattened out late, the walked off after being dismounted in the gallop out. DANCEWHENYOUCAN prompted along the inside, chased around the turn, got outkicked by outer rivals in midstretch and yielded. THE RIDER OF QUEEN OF QUEENS CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST VIRAL PLANE LADY ALLEGING INTERFENCE IN DEEP STRETCH, BUT THE OBJECTION WAS DISALLOWED BY THE STEWARDS.
