Footnotes
FAIRE PLAISIR settled inside at the rear, moved out and fanned seven wide beginning to advance leaving the far turn, was gaining in the stretch despite drifting in a bid in mid- to late-stretch, just got up. MISS ELLARY shifted in on the first turn racing, led the rest of the field but well back of the leader up the backstretch, advanced on the far turn, took over at the quarter pole, moved clear in upper stretch, was clear till late and just caught. ANGEL BELLA broke a step slowly, settled outside at the back three to four wide, advanced still three to four deep on the far turn coming into upper stretch six wide, kept on late but needed more. VINO TIEMPO was caught three wide early, shifted in on the far turn, kept on near inside through the lane. AVISO was between runners through the first turn off the pace, saved ground inside at the rear through the far turn, tipped out in upper stretch, avoided a stricken foe near mid-stretch, ran on. BOLT ON THE ROCKS sprinted clear and shifted in from four deep to the inside on the first turn, extended the advantage keenly going well in front up the backstretch, began weakening into and on the far turn, was overtaken past the quarter pole and came up empty. DAWN AFTER DAWN saved ground the first turn inside foes, moved up and switched out up the backstretch, was asked to keep up late on the far turn but dropped back and faded. SCOOCH OVER angled in early, saved ground racing well off the loose leader but toward the front of the remaining field, began moving out late on the far turn moving to within striking distance, fell in mid-stretch, was transported off the track via equine ambulance.
