Footnotes
NYCON raced off of the pace, advanced in the six to five path and outside of rivals into the turn, bid outside of the leader and from the four path at the five sixteenths pole, assumed command in upper stretch and drove clear. INTANGIBLE vied for the lead with an inner rival while kept in the three path, led briefly as an outer for challenged turning for home, proved no match for that one in upper stretch and was clearly second best. RHAPSODY IN BLUE broke slowly, lagged behind along the inside, saved ground around the turn, rallied up the rail and gained show at the sixteenth pole. RED RAINBOW vied for the lead with an outer rival while remaining a path off of the inside into the turn, got headed at the five sixteenths pole and gave way. BELLA STREET bumped with an outer foe leaving the gate, stalked near the inside, then from the three path around the turn, chased in the four path in upper stretch and yielded. FLASH OF FREEDOM bumped with an inner foe leaving the gate, pursued from midpack in the three path, shifted out to the five to six path nearing the lane and lacked a bid. LEEDU pursued from midpack early on, progressed in the five to four path and along with an outer rival into the turn, laid within striking range nearing the five sixteenths pole, but lacked further progress and tired. SUMMER DATE lacked speed in the five path and got outrun. CEARNACH broke outwardly, raced forwardly in the four path, but weakened between horses nearing the three furlong pole and was eased through the lane.
