ARMY NURSE leaned out and brushed a foe at the start, led from an outer presser while taking the turn in the two path, drove clear in upper stretch and drifted out. LOVELY WORDS pressed outside of the eventual winner and from the three path, failed to sustain pressure after moving to the five path into upper stretch, chased before drifting out in the late staged and held place from pursuers. SENORA D'ORO was brushed by an inner foe at the start, stalked along the inside, stayed on while vying for show through the final furlong and held that position. RACONTEUSE tracked two wide, chased in the five to six path in upper stretch, vied for show in the final furlong but needed more. VELVETEEN broke slow, trailed in the two path and made little impact.
