PRESIDER showed the way uncontested, remained in hand while still clear around the far turn, widened his advantage under a drive then was geared down through the final sixteenth. MOUNT RUNDLE brushed with an outer rival at the start, steadied when put to cramped quarters between horses with fifteen sixteenths to go, settled off of the pace in the three to four path, progressed five wide around the far turn, fanned out to the six to seven path into the lane, yet ran on while hanging on his left lead, changed over at the sixteenth pole, edged place and held that position. DAUNT was brushed between rivals at the start, lacked speed three wide, shifted out to the five path while picking up stride into the lane, ran on between horses and reached show at the wire. FORT THOMAS was put to tight quarters moving through the lane for the first time, laid off of the pace two wide and between horses, then saved ground around the far turn, ran on along the rail to bid for minor placings in the final sixteenth but missed show at the wire. LINCOLN HIGHWAY bumped with an outer foe at the start before being put to subtly tight quarters shortly after, trailed around both turns, swung out to the eight path into the lane and ran on willingly. SARDIS stalked along the inside while bumping with an outer rival around the first turn, claimed place around the far turn, chased the clear leader from the two path in upper stretch then yielded place between horses with a sixteenth to go. OUT OF DEDUCTIONS came under a snug hold among foes early on, laid off of the pace along the inside, then two wide and between horses around the far turn, shifted out to the seven path into upper stretch and failed to menace. ARCHIE THE GIZA saved ground in midpack, moved to the four path and between horses in upper stretch and lacked a bid. BOLD DISCOVERY pulled between horses approaching the wire for the first time, stalked two wide and between horses while bumping with an inner rival around the first turn, steadied among foes into the backstretch, chased around teh far turn then faded in the three path in upper stretch. THE MINKSTER bumped with an inner foe leaving the gate, checked slightly with a mile to go, pursued from midpack in the three path, awaited racing room among foes around the far turn then tired. KING CURLIN tracked in the four path then faded between horses entering the lane. JUST A FAIR SHAKE brushed with an inner foe leaving the gate, stalked form the three path, chased between horses around the far turn and weakened turning for home.
