RAMAJAY sprinted clear early, responded when given his cue at the quarter pole and held his advantage well under a strong hand ride. BEIJING leaned in at the start brushing MIZNER, raced in striking position while three wide, made a brief bid on the turn and kept on well to prevail in a prolonged duel for the place spot. MIZNER brushed at the start, saved ground, commenced his bid on the turn, remained inside for the stretch run and stayed on. BALLINACLASH angled out early, was outpaced while four wide, advanced on the turn, never reached contention and was empty in the late going.
