Footnotes
AXEL FOLEY vied for the lead on the inside and then shook clear and opened up two wide by the quarter pole, then widened the margin to the furlong marker and then maintained a clear advantage to the wire while being kept to right handed crop. GRAN CORREDOR was settled early and raced three to four wide on the turn, came four wide into the lane and ran on well to be clearly second best, good effort. ILLUSTRATION stumbled at the break and trailed early, advanced two to three wide on the turn and had to steady by the five-sixteenths briefly, then came four wide into the lane and was in traffic by the three sixteenths, moved in for raving room and had a mild late rally to gain the show award. JOSEPH POTATO was reserved early and advanced three to four wide on the turn, came five to six wide off the turn and ran on to the furlong marker but needed more late. KENRIC was out-sprinted on the inside early, stayed on the inside to the five-sixteenths and moved out and came six wide by the quarter pole and offered a belated rally. BILLY BOY vied for the early lead in between rivals and bumped by the nine-sixteenths and fell back on the turn three wide and then weakened. DESI'S TROUBLE vied for the lead four wide and in between rivals, fell back on the turn and then was empty in the drive. BIRDY WHISPER vied for the lead on the outside and five wide on the turn and then tracked the winner to upper stretch and then was empty. LADY'S LAD lunged at the break and was off a step slow, chased the pace on the inside and tired. DIVINE FUTURE vied for the lead in between rivals and bumped with a rival by the nine-sixteenths and then chased the winner on the turn and stopped.
