Footnotes
UNCLE'S GOLD was a bit in tight into the first turn but was well rated three wide, stayed in the clear on the outside and went up three wide on the far turn to go on even terms for command by the five-sixteenths and then came three wide off the turn while clear and then was roused leaving the three-sixteenths marker and kicked clear to prove best under a drive. MISTER ABARRIO moved in to the inside entering the first turn and then moved out to be two wide down the backside and in between rivals, shuffled back on the far turn and came four wide into the lane, angled out to the far outside and closed full of run but could not get to the winner but clearly second best. PAPA GOLF was settled early and moved to the outside down the backside to have pursuit, four to five wide on the far turn and came six wide into the lane and made a bid but lost the crop nearing the furlong marker and flattened out. FUERTEVENTURA hit the rail and checked into the first turn also lost an iron briefly, recovered and moved off the inside on the first turn, three wide and in between rivals on the far turn and came three to four wide off the turn and was in traffic nearing the furlong marker and then once clear needed more late. PRIMED TO GO was settled back early and moved to the inside, saved ground and advanced up the rail on the far turn but was boxed and in behind rivals by the five-sixteenths and then angled out for racing room leaving the three-sixteenths and had a belated rally. DAIRAGO (FR) tracked the pace two wide and made a four wide bid leaving the turn but flattened out. SING SING was settled along the inside and saved ground throughout, blocked by the three-sixteenths to the furlong marker and then found room and had some late interest. MCCULLOUGH was settled and raced three to four wide and came five wide into the lane and had to steady and then weakened. MAYDAY MALONE (GB) was well placed early and made way to the inside and then steadied on the rail by the three eighths marker and then came two wide into the lane and weakened. NAPTOWN checked into the first turn while in tight, then was reserved two to three wide and failed to menace. CURLY LARRY AND MO set the pace and crossed over to the inside and then was headed by the five-sixteenths and then tired in the lane. JOCKEYS OBJECTION the number one against the number six for alleged interference into the first turn, after the STEWARDS reviewed the replays they DISALLOWED the OBJECTION and left the race as is.
