SE THAR BARR was settled two wide on the first turn and in between rivals down the backside and then moved to the inside on the far turn and advanced up the rail by the quarter pole, angled out four wide leaving the turn and closed well to get up in time to prove best under a drive. NAABAAHII was well placed along the inside and saved ground to the five-sixteenths marker and eased out and made a three wide bid leaving the turn to duel for command by the furlong marker and went clear by the sixteenth marker but could not hold off the winner and was caught nearing the wire to just fail. ZENCAT pressed the pace and went up to duel for command two wide by the quarter pole, then gained a short lead leaving the turn before being confronted by NAABAAHII and dueled to the inside of that rival by the furlong marker but was out-finished. NOSTROMO was allowed to settle early under a hard hold on the inside, saved ground to nearing the quarter pole and eased out and swung out five wide leaving the turn but had no rally while getting up for the last spot in the superfecta. BOLT DEL MAREA was three wide on the first turn, tracked the pace two wide and came three wide into the lane and tired in the lane. WHALEAXE set a pressured pace on the inside and then dueled for command by the quarter pole and tired. IRISH NUNSENSE was settled three wide and dropped back. ROCKIN EMPIRE was off slowly and settled back early and never factored. ATRABILIOUS broke in a tangle and was settled back two to three wide and then was eased in the lane, walked off.
