Footnotes
GOLD CHARM (IRE) was content to trail for the first circuit while being reserved, advanced two to three wide on the far turn and moved in leaving the turn to make a inside bid and went clear to prove best under hand urging. TIMETOSHINE (FR) was allowed to settle early, advanced two wide to duel for command on the far turn and then went clear leaving the turn but could not hold off the winner and had to settle for being clearly second best. ANOINT was reserved early on the first circuit, then advanced together over the eight and ninth jump, made a two wide move on the far turn but flattened out leaving the turn and weakened. CLARAMENTE chased the run away leader and made a inside bid to duel for command on the far turn but tired in the lane. ENCOSTA (IRE) set the pace while well clear early, then drew off in the lane the first time, ran up the margin on the third turn but tired down the backside and stumbled over the ninth jump and then stopped and was eased to the wire, walked off. RED TONE was unruly in the pre-race and lining up and then refused at the break and walked off.
