Footnotes
EMERALD SPUN was settled early,made a three wide middle move down the backside to stalk the pace three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and made a bid to draw clear in the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. PANAMA CANAL was rated early three wide two wide, tracked the leaders on the far turn and swung out four wide leaving the turn and had a good late kick to gain the place award late. SMILEAWAY was rated along the inside and tracked the leaders on the inside on the far turn and angled out in the lane and finished willingly but needed more. KIMMY GOT GLASSES pressed the pace and made a two wide bid to go on even terms for command leaving the quarter pole, then gained a short lead but faded late. CHICOCO ran off about a furlong when got loose at the gate, reluctant to load, reserved early and saved ground on the far turn but had no rally. HAY GRACE BRENNAN set a pressured pace on the inside and then dueled for command by the quarter pole took up and steadied by the furlong marker and weakened.
