Weight: 123 lbs. Non-winners of a grade I or II stakes at a mile or over on the turf in 2026 allowed 3 lbs.; of a graded stakes at a mile or over on the turf in 2026, 5 lbs. This event will be limited to fourteen (14) starters. Starters to be named through the entry box at the usual time of closing. Nominations closed Wednesday, July 15, 2026 with 27 n ominations. Trophy to the winning owner. (If this race is taken off the turf it will be downgraded one grade level for this running only in accordance with American Graded Stakes Committee policy).

SUPERCHARGER bobbled a bit at the break and was reserved early while in the two path, moved out and made a four wide move nearing the quarter pole, came four to five wide into the lane and closed well to get up late to prevail under a drive. INFILTRATE was in between rivals into the first turn and wrangled back a bit to settle two to three wide, then advanced two to three wide on the far turn and sent down for the drive nearing the furlong marker and finished well but missed between rivals late. ALPYLAND was three wide on the first turn and advanced entering the backstretch and stalked the leader three wide, made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole and then came off the turn vying for command and moved in to be two wide and put the pacesetter in tight by the three sixteenths marker and then took over by the furlong marker and was clear by the sixteenth pole but was caught late by the top two. FUZZBUSTER was rated along the inside and road the rail to the quarter pole, then remained inside to the furlong marker and then moved out nearing the sixteenth marker and had a belated rally for the minor rewards. TURF STAR was reserved on the inside and came under coaxing and moved off the inside nearing the quarter pole, swung out six wide leaving the turn and had a late kick. CONDUCTED showed the way entering the first turn on the inside and then drew clear on the first turn, then was wrangled back to slow the pace down entering the backstretch by the five and half furlong marker, then was pressured on the far turn and dueled off the turn and was put in tight leaving the three-sixteenths by ALPYLAND when that rival cleared leaving the furlong marker looked to move off the inside but weakened in the final sixteenth. STREET BEAST tracked the early pace and then stalked the leader two wide by the five furlong marker and then fell back nearing the quarter pole and weakened. VINO SOLO trailed throughout and never factored.
