GOVERNOR DUTTON vied for the pace early from the three to two path then drew clear entering the stretch to prove best. RED SEA tracked the pace from the two to three path coming around the turn then tipped to the inside in the upper and evened out in the stretch. RARE ECLIPSE chased the pace from the inside and tipped out three to four wide in the upper but flattened in the drive. WHALEAXE chased the pace from the three path for most the race and came five wide into the upper but needed kick. CHIEF MORTER was very reluctant to load and raced mid-pack on the inside then came out slightly in the upper and improved mildly. MY PAL BILL bumped a rival at the start then settled at the back between rivals in the two path then angled out six to seven wide in the upper and made a late gain. METAL CHURCH settled mid-pack on the inside and came three to four wide into the upper but needed a bid. DIVINE FUTURE settled mid-pack and raced through the four path around the turn then came six wide into the upper and weakened. ROYCES RIDE was bumped at the start and raced near the back in the two to three path then came four wide into the upper and swung out late. MANNERISM stumbled at little at the break and rushed up early and shifted to the inside then vied from the rail but faded in the upper. S B HAY LENDER was a step slow at the break and settled at the back in the three path then came four wide into the upper but was no factor. SALTY LIME was bumped around at the start and settled at the back and showed little.
