Footnotes
JOY DIVISION was reserved along the inside on the first turn, two wide down the backstretch, then moved back to the inside and advanced leaving the five-sixteenths, moved out by the three-sixteenths and made a four wide bid nearing the next station and gained a short lead inside the furlong grounds but was trying to lug in the final sixteenth so was reined in to not bump the inside rival and maintained that short lead to the wire to prove best under hand urging. TIMESTREAM was three wide on the first turn and then prompted the pace two wide and made a two to three wide bid leaving the turn to duel for command, gained a short lead by the furlong marker but was quickly latched on to by the winner, fought on gamely to the wire but missed. GREY BULL broke in at the break and set the pace on the inside, well handled throughout and was headed leaving the turn and fought on to the sixteenth marker but faded while besting the rest. BLAME IT ON LINDA was reserved in the two path on the first turn, then had outside pursuit down the backside, four to three wide on the far turn and had no rally while improving position. MR. FIRST chased the pace along the rail and fell back on the far turn, swung out six wide leaving the turn and had no rally. BOUNDLESS SKIES tracked the pace on the inside and swung out five wide leaving the turn and weakened. LONG STRAW was allowed to settle two to three wide, three to two wide on the far turn and weakened.
