WHENIGETTOHEAVEN was well placed on the inside and made a inside bid leaving the furlong marker and went on even terms by the sixteenth marker and edged clear to prove best under a drive. DETERMINED KINGDOM set a pressured pace on the inside and came two wide off the turn making a bid but was out-finished in the final furlong in a game try. SPIRITED SOL pressed the pace two wide and came three wide into the lane but was out-kicked while keeping on. SAXTON chased the pace two wide and was in between rivals by the five-sixteenths and angled out by the three sixteenths but had no late kick. PAYNTED WARRIOR chased the pace on the inside and saved ground on the turn but lacked the needed rally. WHERE'S RAY was settled early, two to four wide on the turn but lacked a rally. SHOWSTOPPER COPPER was reluctant to load, tracked the pace three wide and then came up empty in the lane.
