Footnotes
HYTECK PRINCE shifted in early saving ground racing mid-pack, continued along the inside on the far turn coming out three wide for the drive, bid inside rival taking the lead in mid-stretch and fought gamely to hold that rival at bay. SOUPER CRUNCHY tracked in behind along the inside saving ground racing in the second group, moved out late on the far turn seeking room while hemmed in a bit, found it having shifted five to six wide into upper stretch and under urging, made a mild bid while drifting in a bit in mid-stretch but was no match for the winner while clearly second best and eased up nearing the wire when unable to get past the winner. OWHATANITE was bumped by the outside foe at the start bumping the inside foe just after and steadying when in tight between, settled at the rear, saved some ground through both turns, came out in the stretch and rallied to secure show honors. RED SKY MORNING shifted in on the first turn settling off the pace two wide, saved some ground just off the rail through the far turn, kept on inside but was outkicked for third. DABOOM settled mid-division outside three to four wide, angled eight then nine wide at the top of the stretch, kept on but needed more. MR FLOWERS quickly made the lead, set the pace from just off the rail, was under pressure nearing the half, dueled on the far turn, yielded inside the final furlong. SNEAKING SUSPICION settled outside off the pace near the back racing mostly three to four deep, swung six wide into upper stretch and ran on evenly. COLT FORTY SEVEN raced near the back between foes early, continued just off the rail up the backstretch, went three to four deep on the far turn angling eight wide at the top of the stretch, ran on but needed more to threaten. TYSON'S DELIVERY bumped a rival at the start, was well-placed in the second flight stalking three to four wide outside a foe, was forced out leaving the far turn floating six deep, faltered in the lane. ITALIANO KID was coaxed forward from the start but caught outside foes just off the leaders five wide into the first turn shifting in a bit to stalk in behind up the backstretch, moved out from three to five wide on the second turn, angled nine deep at the top of the stretch, failed to rally. RENNIE was bumped after the start, moved forward from between runners to reach the leader pressing that one, put a short head in front at the half, dueled through the far turn, gave way in upper stretch. SINGULARITY dropped back to last early racing along the inside and was not a factor.
