SHEAR MAGIC set the pace on the inside while being well handled and came two wide off the bend and then was roused right handed by the furlong marker and then one more pop leaving the furlong marker and kicked away to prove much the best. FLY COMMANDER was well rated on the inside and cut the corner leaving the turn and was up for the place award on the inside. BATTLE WARRIOR broke outwardly at the start, chased the pace three wide on the turn and came four wide into the lane but had no kick while besting bested rest. WILEY WILLARD broke in at the break, settled along the inside and eased out nearing the bend and swung out five wide leaving then turn and had a mild late kick. OJIN was bumped at the break and reserved early, two to four path on the turn and came six wide into the lane and improved late. NORTHERN CARDINAL prompted the pace two wide and came three wide off the bend and weakened. SALTY LIME was off slowly and failed to menace. GOURMET DINNER was settled early and lacked a rally.
