ROYAL SUITE was reserved early, moved out and made a four wide move on the far turn and closed on the outside to vie for command by the furlong marker and then drew clear to prove best under a drive. HIDDEN QUARRY set the pace on the inside while clear, then was headed nearing the five sixteenths and dug in determinedly in the two path off the bend and vied for command by the furlong marker, then came in leaving the sixteenth marker under right handed crop and shut off a rival and held the place award late gamely. BESSIE ABOTT (IRE) was off slowly and broke in the air, then moved up before checking by the seven furlong marker and then rated kindly, made a three wide bid to go on even terms for command by the five sixteenths and continued on battling for command and was in between rivals by the furlong marker but flattened out. PEGSTER was well placed along the inside and saved ground on the far turn, cut the corner leaving the turn and was in contention by the furlong marker but was shut off leaving the sixteenth marker and had to check losing all chance. FLIP FLOPS stalked the pace two wide and was in between rivals on the far turn and weakened. SASHAY AWAY was settled three wide into the first turn, moved to the two path on the backside and was two to three wide on the far turn and weakened. STEWARDS INQUIRY concerning the start and JOCKEYs objection THE NUMBER TWO VERSUS THE NUMBER FOUR FOR THE RUN IN THE STRETCH, AFTER THE stewards REVIEWED THE REPLAYS THEY ALLOWED TO objection DISQUALIFIED the number four from second and placed fourth.
