Footnotes
FATIMA'S BLESSING was forced out by troubled rivals entering the first turn, settled off the pace dropping well back of the leaders heading up the backstretch, swung out a bit to be five wide in upper stretch with aim and under urging, drove past late. KENDAMA altered outside a foe heading into the first turn, stalked mostly three wide, advanced on the far turn to bid late on that bend taking a brief narrow lead, was headed at the top of the stretch, dug in to retake the lead, dueled while drifting out a bit, won the battle but was ultimately outfinished by a rallying foe. OLD FLAG (IRE) shifted in and clipped heels behind into the first turn, rode the rail that bend then switched out heading up the backstretch stalking just off the leaders, advance three to four wide between foes late on the far turn, bid at the top of the stretch briefly taking a narrow lead, was soon overtaken by the inside foe, was carried out in the lane by that one and could not match strides. GENERAL'S DUTY steadied early in behind trouble, switched out soon after, advanced outside runners five wide into and on the far turn, was within range coming to the top of the stretch, came in a bit in the lane, lacked the needed late kick. DANIEL SUN clipped heels heading into the first turn, was under a hold rating inside near mid-pack, drew closer two to three wide late on the far turn, ran on evenly in the stretch. KENNEL CLUB lacked early speed outside at the rear, swung seven wide into upper stretch, passed tired rivals. CHICO CHARLIE got away well, ceded the lead and switched outside a rival entering the first turn carried four wide into that bend, stalked up the backstretch, moved closer to press into the far turn, bid near the five-sixteenths taking a brief lead but was promptly overtaken by an outside rival, weakened in the stretch. HASHTAG NO WONDER settled at the rear inside, came out about seven wide in the stretch, ran on passing tired rivals. FLAWLESS BOURBON moved forward outside to the lead, shifted in and had some trouble cornering into the first turn going two to three deep, moved clear to dictate terms nearer the fence, was overtaken on the far turn, faded in the lane. COUNT FROST shifted in moving forward inside, was prominent into the first turn then taken back off the leading pair, tracked up close inside, moved out near the quarter pole, was five wide in the stretch and faded. LALOBA FEROZ was forced out heading into the first turn, was well-positioned stalking outside, went three to five wide, faded. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
