PETCOFF was rated along three wide and tipped out five wide leaving the turn and closed well to edge clear in the final sixteenth to prove best under a drive. SWILL stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid to duel for command by the furlong marker fought on gamely but was out-kicked by the winner, second best. TEST FACTOR tracked the early pace on the inside and swung out three wide leaving the turn to make a bid but had no late kick while saving the show spot late. MAYA PRINCE was squeezed back at the break, settled on the outside and was three to four wide on the turn, came six wide into the lane and had a belated rally. ESPERON set the pace while racing off the inside and was in the two path on the turn, headed by the furlong marker and faded in the final furlong. FREE SOUL was settled early from between rivals, two to three path on the turn and lacked the needed bid. TIDEWATER was settled along the inside and saved ground on the turn and then lacked room in the final sixteenth on the inside.
