Footnotes
MISTER ABARRIO fell back after the start, raced unhurried near the back of the pack, idled in traffic through most of the final turn, steered out widest with a furlong to run and closed with good resolve to be up in time. BOPPY O in mid pack, moved off the inside, came four wide for the drive while between horses, challenged inside the winner with less than a furlong to run, outkicked in the late going while holding sway for the place. CURLY LARRY AND MO allowed the pace to go early, advanced and took over into the stretch, was clear a furlong out but failed to contain the top two while inside of that pair late. CORINGA in mid pack while racing toward the inside, shuffled back inside of traffic second turn, cut the corner when in a bit tight into the stretch to regain some position, flattened out the final sixteenth to prove no threat to the top three. TAPIT KISSIT WINIT chased the loose leader for six furlongs, weakened in the drive. EYE WITNESS sprinted clear to set a lone some pace four six furlongs, caved in when confronted in the drive. STREET EARNINGS lacked early foot, failed to muster a rally. ATLAST (FR) broke back, raced outside, made a good middle move four to five wide second turn, lost some ground into the stretch and faltered.
