RECKLESS stalked the pace from the two path for most of the race then took command entering the upper stretch from the three path and drew off briefly and held to the wire to prove best. PUNXSUTAWNEY PHIL settled at the back of the pack in the three to four path and advanced coming around the turn then swung out seven wide in the upper and surged while drifting inwards. OUR SOUPER HERO set the pace from the inside and kept on til the upper but weakened and held the show award. TIMSHEL saved ground on the inside for most of the race and tipped out into the upper and surge but was short. PROMISSIO raced towards the back in the three to four path and tipped out six wide into the upper and made a mild rally and bested the rest but had no effect on the top finishers. KING COVEE settled mid-pack in the two path for most of the race between rivals but had no kick in the stretch. WHENEVERUREMEMBER was keen coming into the first turn then tracked the pace from the inside to two path and tipped out in the upper but weakened. MR. FUNTASTICO broke inwards and bumped with a rival twice then settled towards the back about three wide and swung seven wide into the upper but lacked a bid. LOOKIN AT MAC raced in the mid-pack early then shifted up into contention around the turn from the three path then came four wide in the upper but faded in the stretch. ORACLE OF BEAUFORT was bumped twice at the start then settled off the pace in the three to four path but was no factor. SAILOR SAM raced mid-pack in the two path to inside and fade coming off the bend.
