Footnotes
BOOST broke alertly, prompted the pace from along the inside, fell back after steadying when in tight along the rail early turn, moved out and split foes under clever handling nearing the furlong grounds and edged clear. GIMME TWO SHOTS prominent from the outside, challenged three wide late in the bend, vied past the furlong marker then could not keep pace with the winner while outside that one. HOPPETOSSE void of speed for three furlongs inside, cut the corner into the lane, moved out around a tiring rival in midstretch, showed some good late energy to be up for the show, not a serious threat to the top two. DON'T COPY ME lacked early foot inside, steadied and lost some position into the turn, two to three wide through the bend, improved position with a moderate amount of interest through the lane. RYU MO steadied near the back in some early traffic, continued to lack speed through the turn, came five wide for the drive, bumped with GOLDEN AMBITION in upper straight and rallied modestly. MISS BOURBON within striking distance while racing off the inside, four wide into the lane, failed to muster a closing response. GOLDEN AMBITION lacked speed off the inside, bumped with RYU MO inside that one exiting the turn, steered in a bit and also lacking a finishing kick. YES CHEF fell back to trail after the start and failed to menace. JACK CHARLES (GB) broke sharp, cleared toward the inside into the turn putting the winner in a bit tight, set the pace, still held a slight edged into the straight, gave way when headed the final furlong. WHO'S YER MAN last to leave, raced up to race in mid pack while well out in the course, backed up through the stretch.
