VERDANT TONES broke out, took back to trail past the wire the first time, continued unhurried while saving ground, moved out for the drive, roused nearing midstretch and closed with good energy to prove best. KIMMY GOT GLASSES broke with the leaders, forwardly placed early, fell back to race in the second flight inside, moved a bit closer along the rail second turn, lacked room upper stretch, eased out, split foes past the furlong marker to challenge, led, could not match the winner late. LOUVAR settled off the pace and the inside, came three wide into the lane, finished up with some late interest to be up for the show. PANAMA CANAL slow to settle with up front along the inside first turn, moved out and pressured the leader up the backstretch in the two path, took over turning for home, narrowly showed the way past the furlong marker and then faltered to the wire. TOOT prompted the pace from the three path, weakened in the drive. BEAUTIFUL JUSTIFY void of speed, continued back, could see them all into the stretch, picked off a couple of tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. DARINGLY off a step slow, moved up to race in mid pack while four wide through the first turn, continued outside, raced four wide through the second bend and tired in the drive. FOR KEEPS closest to the inside in the first turn, set a pressured pace for just over six furlongs, gave way when headed late in the final bend.
