Footnotes
JESSICA'S EYES broke running, was joined by a rival the opening quarter, dueled into and through most of the turn while closest to the inside, shook off that same foe entering the stretch and steadily drew out while being kept to task with a left handed crop. THE BIG BEN chased the dueling leaders, roused for the drive, staged a mild rally to be along for the place late, no match for the winner. LIKEIKE moved up to duel outside the winner before a furlong, continued to race on equal terms through most of the turn then could not keep pace, weakened late to be caught for the runner up spot. ROCKY LAGOON in the second flight early outside the runner up, dropped inside for the turn while being called on for some run, minimal response to go evenly through the stretch. GOODLUCK ROAD moved off the inside, raced back and in the two path through the turn, also lacked a closing kick through the lane. JOSEPH POTATO hesitated then hopped at the break to be away slowly, saved ground to no avail in remaining back. BABY BOBBY fell back to trail, never a threat.
