OUTER TURF FOR TWO YEAR OLDS. No nomination fee. $300 to enter and $300 to start. Supplementary nomination of $1,250 each (which includes entry and starting fees) may be made at the time of entry. $125,000, with 60% to the owner of the winner, 20% to seco nd, 11% to third, 6% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weights: Colts and Geldings, 122 lbs. Fillies, 119 lbs. Non-winners of a race other than maiden or claiming allowed 2 lbs. A race other than claiming 4 lbs. Starters and riders to be named through the ent ry box by the usual time of closing. This race will be limited to fourteen (14) starters. In the event more than fourteen entrants pass through the entry box, preference will be given to stakes winners, winners, then highest lifetime earnings. ROYAL TESTAMENT with the pace from the start, dueled into and through the turn closest to the inside, shook off the other speed in time for the drive, drew well clear while under steady handling. GYPSY ART off the for three furlongs along the inside, knifed between horses exiting the turn, rallied and finished up willingly to be clear for the place, not a threat o he winner. ROGUE LEGEND (GB) broke flat footed and awkwardly, lagged back as a result, moved out and came five wide out of the turn, shifted out a bit furlong then turned in a rally down the middle of the course to be clear of the others. ANTRAX in mid pack while off the rail, five wide entering the stretch, improved a bit, no real threat. WINE CANDY pressed the issue early between horses, raced in the second flight through the turn, had little for the drive to finish up evenly. CHASING MY DREAM fell back to trail after the start, passed a few tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. FEAR flashed some brief early foot along the inside and faded. RICHEZTOO unruly prior to the start, moved up into a forward position while four wide into he turn, closer three wide midway on the bend, floated out by a tiring rivals to be four wide once again into the stretch and tired. RED LAD pressed early three wide, dueled through most of the bend outside the winner, got out late in the bend when beginning to weaken then gave way through the stretch.
