WISH CAREFULLY broke running from along the inside, showed the way into the first turn, rated through a couple of soft early fractions, continued to show the way while saving ground into and through the final turn, shook clear when straightened for home, held the runner up safe late under firm handling. UNCLE'S GOLD closest to the leader off the inside, closed the margin a bit second turn, fell back in upper stretch, roused then was getting back to the victor in deep stretch. GALLANT LAD tracked the issue from along the inside for almost six furlongs, moved closer along the rail far turn, lacked room and steadied behind the winner soon after, fell back off the top two turning into the stretch, no threat to that pair late, well of the others/. EDGERTON lacked early foot well off the inside, dropped inside and began a mild advance on the far turn, switched back out across a rival's heels in upper stretch, improved position, not a threat to the top three. FREEDOM GLIDER forwardly placed while three wide, had little left for the drive. YOUR LORDSHIP (GB) in mid pack just off the inside, came four wide for the drive, lacked the necessary closing response. GRAND KINGDOM was finished after a half. FULL COMMAND remained back while between rivals far turn, faded stretch, reported home well beaten.
