PASSAGE EAST was off slowly, moved to the outside to have pursuit, five wide entering the turn and advanced four wide midway on the turn, came six wide off the bend by the quarter pole and made a bid to hit the front, slowly edged clear in the furlong grounds to prove best under a drive. COSTA AMALFITANA was away alertly and soon clear to set the early pace while clear, three wide on the turn and was headed leaving the quarter pole and then dug in determinedly by the furlong marker and fought on but could not keep up with the winner while staying on to be second best. WILLOW BEND chased the pace from the outside, four to five wide on the turn and came seven wide off the bend by the quarter pole to make a bid to the furlong marker but flattened out in the final furlong finishing evenly late. I'M A CUTIE PIE chased the pace along the inside and fell back on the turn but lacked the needed bid while racing evenly. NAVANI chased the early pace from between rivals, two path on the turn and came three wide by the quarter pole but had no late kick. DANCING MAGIC chased the early pace in between rivals three wide and weakened.
