Footnotes
PUBLIC DEFENDER rated along, raced three wide near the quarter pole and finished well late to draw clear under strong handling. VEHEMENTE showed good early speed from the inside, collared inside the eighth pole, dug in and narrowly held the place position in a game effort. WINFINITY bumped soundly at the start, raced from the inside through the far turn through the stretch, split rivals from the inside and finished gamely to the wire. IN THIS MOMENT stalked the pace, raced from the inside near the quarter pole and had no final winning bid. SAL'S BLUE JACKET bumped, jostled at the break, raced mid pack early on, raced from the inside around the far turn, angled out near the three sixteenths pole and had no late rally. POWER DANCE trailed early on, raced six wide into the upper stretch and needed more. THURSDAY GIRL tracked the early leader two deep from the outside and gave way. DOESN'THURTTOFLIRT settled off the early going, raced three to five wide around the far turn and never threatened. BUZZAWAY raced four wide into the upper stretch and lacked a solid bid.
