TIZ THUNDER was outsprinted to the opening turn, waited for running room leaving the backstretch, swung three wide in the final turn and drew off through the stretch. NINEOCLOCKSOMEWHER fanned two wide in the first turn, pressed the issue in the far turn, and was no match for the winner in the stretch. PENICILLIUM attended the pace while three wide, and came up empty in the drive. I'M OK broke inward, emerged the leader into the backstretch, and faltered. FINAL OUT sat in range, drifted wide in the final turn and yielded.
