TAKE CHARGE CURLY vied with J J'S CAPER for the lead from along the outside and edged clear late. J J'S CAPER vied with TAKE CJARGE CURLY for the lead from along the inside but was unable to stay with that one late while proving to be second best. CASSANO was unhurried, moved forward from between horses nearing the three-eighths pole and finished in a mild rally. STANFORD NORTH tracked the early pace racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. READYTOTAPNSING was reserved off the pace racing three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. BROWNING ISLAND was allowed to settle racing two-wide and failed to be a factor.
