RISING STRONG sat in striking position, was given a cue at the top of the stretch and pulled to the front in perfect time. H K MIMI was four to five wide leaving the backstretch, closed gamely outside and surged in the final yards, just missing out. FLIRTATION CARD stalked three wide, rallied determinedly between foes and missed after a game effort. DIAMOND DI saved ground while showing the way, was under attack at the head of the stretch and was run down. RUNWAY LIGHTS trailed into the final turn, swung wide, and closed well late. CROWN OF CAIRO sat mid pack and lacked a kick. OOPS (GB) five wide into the first turn, remained wide into the lane and bid belatedly. THATSWHATHESAID was five to six wide leaving the backstretch, and flattened. SOLAR FORCE stalked along the rail and failed to threaten.
