STAY RISQUE was reserved while five wide, then roused at the quarter pole, and closed well, getting by in time. RED CHARITY lacked a clear path leaving the gate, settled inside, found a seam at the head of the lane, kicked clear approaching the stretch, and was collared. GIGI'S ADDICTION rated well off the pace, shifted out four wide, then quickly angled to the rail when an opportunity presented itself, but lacked the kick that was needed. B B BETH vied inside of TOURISTICA for the lead, was unable to keep pace with the rival and faded. SCARLETT LETTER was four wide leaving the chute, chased the pacesetters, lost ground in the far turn, and failed to threaten in the drive. CHASING DAYDREAMS sat in second flight while four wide and lacked a bid. OUR LIFE'S WORK was wide through the backstretch, and tired. TOURISTICA sent for speed outside, set the pace, and faltered in the stretch.
