STONE CARVER quickly took command, remained unchallenged when entering the lane and kicked clear under light handling. PERDITION saved along the rail, but was no match for the winner. LAHUN angled in to stalk the pace while three wide, was asked to quicken in the final turn and weakened late stretch. BROKE AN BROKEN unhurried early, shifted out to the three-path and improved in the stretch. OVERLY FAST shifted six wide leaving the backstretch, and passed tiring rivals. LINCHPIN STORM tracked five wide, and failed to threaten.
