JUST SCARLETT quickly assumed control, repelled a bid from CARAVALLA, then accelerated in the stretch to draw off for a commanding victory. CARAVALLA steadied leaving the chute, moved up leaving the backstretch to submit a bid but was no match for JUST SCARLETT and chased to no avail. EVERYTHING TO GAIN saved and was unable to improve position. MISS LARUE lacked a clear path leaving the gate and outrun. JOCKEY OBJECTION- An objection was lodged by the rider of MISS LARUE alleging interference by CARAVALLA away from the gate. After a review of the film by the Board of Stewards, no change was made.
