Footnotes
SILENT COUNT lacked running room in the backstretch while under a strong hold, waited for an opening in the final turn, and won driving. JUST KEN bumped repeatedly in traffic, hustled five wide, and was outkicked. MAN AT THE PULPIT broke alertly, stalked the pace while four wide, pressed the pace leaving the backstretch, rallied into the stretch, and lacked the closing response needed. BRI'S BOY prompted the pace from a rail position, bid inside and faded. INDEPENDENCE NEIGH set the pace under a snug hold, was shuffled back at the quarter pole and wilted.
