WEDGE POND vied for the early lead inside of PISCO, gained an advantage at the quarter pole, and kicked clear. TOOL TIME stalked the pacesetters while three wide, was no threat to the winner in the stretch and held for place. ALL RUN hurried away, and closed determinedly for third. THOMPSON was gapped and showed interest late. BROKE AN BROKEN dismounted rider inside the gate, chased wide in the final turn, and rallied mildly late. LEGAL ASSASSIN sat in range, roused four to five wide in the final turn, and gave way. PISCO vied for the lead outside of WEDGE POND, was unable to move on with the eventual winner and yielded. NORTHERN FORCE failed to threaten.
