SPARKLET vied leaving the chute, was five wide entering the backstretch, sat in range, fanned four wide leaving the final turn, and kicked away. CONCRETE COWBOY vied for the early lead, turned back a challenge from WESTERN SUNSET, and was outkicked. LAST HARBOR stalked the pace while three wide, and faded. WESTERN SUNSET stalked the pace from the two path, dueled inside of CONCRETE COWBOY, and gave way in the stretch. HUGH GLASS fractious at the gate, shied leaving the chute, and was gapped. HUGH GLASS was reported by the OFFICIAL VETERINARIAN as having bled.
