MATURITY DATE was unhurried early, took closer order nearing the final turn, angled down to a seam along the rail, slipped through under encouragement and edged clear. WANDALITA tracked the pace from just off the rail, waiting for running room leaving the backstretch, was headed at the top of the lane, was under attack into the stretch while under urging and was collared. KARDINAL ROSE allowed to settle five to six wide early, and closed steadily late stretch. WIRLY GIRLY sat in range while three wide, was roused at the head of the lane, moving up menacingly midstretch, then gave way grudgingly. GRACIE'S BIG DAY stalked the pace while five to six wide, came under urging at the quarter pole, and closed well late. NO REJOYCE was wide through the backstretch, and closed late. LOVEABOVEANDBEYOND sat just off the pace while three wide, moved up alongside WE THE FRINGE to challenge from the front, and lacked the rally needed in the drive. WE THE FRINGE vied inside, set the pace through the backstretch was overtaken in the final turn, and wilted. SILKSTONE showed little interest. SPEIGHTSOULCOMET tracked wide, and was tired early.
