The purse will be divided $30,000 to the owner of the winner, $10,000 to the second place finisher, $5,000 to the third place finisher, $2,500 to the fourth place finisher and $1,000 to the fifth place finisher. A payment of $500 will be paid to all hor ses who start and finish sixth or worse. High weights preferred. Starters to be named through the entry box by the closing time of entries. The field will be limited to 12 starters. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.

BIG HUG sat in striking position while three to four wide, swept the lead, opened up and was ridden out to an easy victory. VIVA LA DIVA showed the way under a snug hold from the two path, was overtaken by BIG HUG and was no match in the stretch. LICORICE trailed the field while four wide, and failed to threaten.
