The purse will be divided $45,000 to the owner of the winner, $ 15,000 to the second place finisher, $7,500 to the third place finisher, $3,750 to the fourth place finisher and $1,500 to the fifth place finisher. A payment of $500 will be paid to all horses who start and finish 6th or worse. High weights preferred. S tarters to be named through the entry box by the closing time of entries. The field will be limited to 10 starters. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
