MAX BOOSTER quickly went to the front, rider peered over his shoulder, then was roused at the head of the stretch and held firm. PONDEROSA was reserved off the early pacesetters, and closed steadily but needed more late. ALBERTA BERBON bid belatedly inside. G T RAY SIR trailed wide in the backstretch, and showed interest late. ABSOLUT JOHN stalked the pace while three wide, and tired. LENNYS ON TIME lacked a bid and was done early.
