STRAIT OF GEORGIA attended the pace three wide, inherited the lead, drew off by open lengths, was under a confident hand ride through the lane, and romped. BUCK'S FIZZ fanned three wide into the opening turn, sat in striking range of the pacesetters, was no match for the winner and lasted holding on for place. OVERLY FAST saved ground inside, was wide in the final turn, and rallied four wide to secure a show finish. CURLIN ROCKS fanned four wide in the first turn, rated off the pace while five wide, was asked to quicken leaving the backstretch, and had nothing left in reserve late. A MAN'S MAN set the pace under a snug hold, was unable to move on with the eventual winner, and tired.
