LEGAL ASSASSIN broke outward into PUMP THE BRAKES, chased four wide, swept the lead and drew off under handling. QUINTO SOL trailed the field, drove five wide in the final turn, and flattened out in the stretch. INDIO MARA set the early pace from the two path, and faded. PUMP THE BRAKES bumped leaving the gate, saved ground along the rail, lacked running room at the head of the stretch, and held for show. LAHUN brushed leaving, stalked four to five wide, and came up empty for the drive. WINTER FALCON brushed away from the gate, stalked wide, and tired. TAKE CHARGE CURLY chased the pace while three wide, and stopped. NORTHERN FORCE did not receive a fair start. STEWARDS INQUIRY- An inquiry was conducted at the start of the race involving NORTHERN FORCE, after review, it was determined that NORTHERN FORCE did not receive a fair start and was refunded.
