HABADABADOO unhurried early, bid five wide at the head of the lane, and drew clear. DUE COARSE was five wide through the backstretch, was asked to quicken nearing the quarter pole, rallied four wide into the stretch and finished with good energy. SURGING SKY trailed the field early, waited for running room along the rail entering the stretch and closed. PENICILLIUM attended the pace while four wide, rallied mildly and weakened. ARTIC CAUSEWAY brushed leaving, stalked the early pacesetters, ranged up six wide in the final turn, and failed to threaten in the drive. MOON MULLINS brushed the outside at the start, tracked well back, made a three-wide bid, came together with ARI READY, was knocked off stride, and retreated. ARI READY brushed gate leaving, contested the pace from between foes, was headed into the stretch, came together with FROSTED KNIGHT and gave way. FROSTED KNIGHT broke inward, brushing ARTIC CAUSEWAY, sat in striking position along the rail, was under attack at the head of the lane, rided avoided incident at the head of the stretch and yielded.
