TIGERITO was reserved off the early pacesetter, then was given a cue at the eighth pole, drifted out late stretch and narrowly prevailed. GHOSTLY SPITFIRE fanned three wide in the first turn, drove four wide at the quarter pole, rallied between foes late stretch and narrowly missed after a game effort. TITIAN lagged early, swung wide in the final turn, and closed huge. KNOPFLER fanned four wide into the opening turn, was asked to quicken entering the final turn, drove three wide then lost path late stretch then checked. VECTOR set the pace with good margins, remained unchallenged entering the stretch but was showing signs of tiring and was collared. MY MUNNINGS MODEL saved ground inside, swung five wide in the final turn and lodged a mild bid. NEWHART trailed the field, and rallied belatedly. ACCIDENTAL GENIUS was under a snug hold early, settled four wide, and failed to threaten in the stretch. PATRIOTIC FREEDOM tracked inside, and faded. JOCKEY OBJECTION- An objection was lodged by the rider of KNOPFLER against the rider of both TIGERITO and GHOSTLY SPITFIRE, alleging interference late in the stretch run was not allowed.
