DRINKING AGAIN fanned four wide, rallied steadily four wide late stretch and won going away. MY MUNNINGS MODEL trailed four wide in the first turn, and closed gamely late stretch. APPRECIATE TODAY cut the corner while three wide into the opening turn, stalked the pacesetters while three wide, moved up menacingly while three wide but weakened late. PIONEER STORM KING set the pace under a snug hold, responded to a challenge from PRIME DIRECTIVE, and gave way grudgingly late stretch. PRIME DIRECTIVE sent for outside speed, prompted the early pace, moved up between foes to challenge the lead near the quarter pole, battled on then yielded late stretch. PACHECO lagged early and lodged a mild rally. THOMPSON offered little. GOOD KING SAM raced wide through the backstretch, and passed a tiring rival late. COUNTER CAT was four to five wide in the first turn, chased the leaders in the far turn, but came up empty in the drive. NEED THE PURSE settled inside, and was done early.
