CHASE THE SUN broke in bumpeding into SILENT RUNNER, prompted the early pace, pulled ahead of his rival with minimal effort, and drew off when asked. SILENT RUNNER was bumped leaving, set pressured pace, couldn t hold lead, chased winner through stretch, battled on to hold place. GEM QUALITY stalked inside, then waited leaving the backstretch, was asked to quicken when an opening presented itself into the final turn, rallied four wide and missed out for second. YOU'RE THE CAUSE rated well off the pace, rallied inside and was lost the bob. GUNFIGHTER chased wide, and failed to threaten. J DUTTON tracked three wide, and flattened out. REBOSO stalked the pace while four wide and faded.
