Footnotes
LOST ANGELES lost his path and took up at the start, traveled near the back while staying away from the rail early, went four wide into the turn, angled down to the two path, steered back out past the quarter pole, got floated out by BOSS MAN BOLT while rallying, dug in four deep late and got up near the wire. BOSS MAN BOLT chased the top trio in the two path into the turn, came four wide into the stretch, drifted out at the eighth pole, rallied in deep stretch but got outclosed by the winner. CHARLIE'S CLOCK took a narrow lead inside a pair of rivals early, dueled with BILLY GOAT past the five-sixteenths pole, resisted into deep stretch but was passed by the top pair in the closing moments. BILLY GOAT pressed three deep to the turn, dueled outside CHARLIE'S CLOCK past the five-sixteenths pole, battled into deep stretch and was outfinished by the top trio. FREE SOLO was off slow to begin, trailed four wide leaving the backstretch, angled into the two path on the turn and passed a tired rival. JACK EM UP fought between rivals for early command, failed to keep up midway around the bend and tired in the stretch.
